With a love for process and problem-solving, she’s built a career in operations, including 11+ years in nonprofit fundraising. She’s passionate about unifying functional teams, untangling workflows, and seeing projects through to success. Off the clock, she’s exploring the world or catching a rock show.

With 20+ years in direct response marketing, Felicia builds trusted client partnerships at Donlon Agency, where she’s been since 2020. She focuses on delivering data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that drive results—and outside of work, she enjoys family time and volunteering.

For over 30 years, Dan has turned complex data into smart solutions across sectors like energy and pharma. Now focused on healthcare and nonprofits, he brings tech innovation to mission-driven work. When he’s not coding, you’ll find him kiteboarding, enjoying his grandkids, or walking his dogs.

A data strategist with 17+ years of experience helping nonprofits drive measurable success through rapid, actionable insights. Outside of work, he’s a Formula Vee race car driver, musician, and proud dad to three daughters.

Atena Masoudi is a multidisciplinary designer with 15+ years of experience in UX, graphic, and motion design. As Creative Director at Donlon, she leads with strategy and craft. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and soaking up time with her new baby girl.
