We know that when our team feels supported, they’re able to do their best work—so we’ve built a benefits package that reflects that belief. Our employees enjoy competitive medical coverage, with 100% of dental and vision premiums covered starting the first day of the month following their hire. We offer up to four weeks of paid vacation time each year, along with approximately 18 agency holidays. After four years, every team member is eligible for a fully paid, month-long sabbatical—a chance to rest, reset, and come back refreshed. We also provide a 401(k) with a 4% match after six months, paid volunteer time off (up to 8 hours each month), and half-day Fridays once your work is complete.
